Participant registration fees include:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to the AACD 2024 material

• Gala Dinner on April 10^th

Guests

Additional Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner tickets for accompanying persons can be purchared via the on-line registration form when registering the participant or at the Registration Desk.

Terms and conditions

In the case of cancellation, requests received on or before March 31^st, 2024 will be refunded deducing 7% for administration charge. No refund will be possible if notice of cancellation is received after March 31^st, 2024. The same rule applies for erroneous payments.

Conference Registration

Only online registration with credit card or bank transfer payment is available. After filling the online registration form, you will be redirected to the PayPay secure web site for payment with credit card or provided with bank coordinates for wire transfer. In case of payment with bank transfer, the registration will not be considered until the payment is received. Proof of payment (bank transfer reference/confirmation number) has to be provided to finalize the registration.
